PSYPACT/E.Passport
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries. I have obtained an E.Passport which allows me to practice telepsychology in PSYPACT states.

As of 10 December 2025, I cannot provide psychological services to you if you are in the following jurisdictions:
Alaska, California, Guam, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, New Mexico, Oregon,
Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands.
