PSYPACT/E.Passport
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries. I have obtained an E.Passport which allows me to practice telepsychology in PSYPACT states.

As of 6 June 2025, I cannot provide psychological services to you if you are in the following jurisdictions:
Montana, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, New York, Alaska, California, Guam, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oregon,
Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands.
